	How do I change my home/office address and/or phone number in the system?
A:	It must be put in writing and e-mailed or faxed to your mls board.

How do I sign up a new agent with Ambiance?

A:	Please contact your local board for this process

How can I get Ambiance installed at my home or office?

A:	You would need to get the cd from your MLS board office.

What are the Minimum Requirements to run Ambiance?

With the recent addition of the MSDE (SQL) database engine to Ambiance our
minimum requirements have been increased to meet that of MSDE which are:

Pentium III 600 or greater or AMD processor equivalent (No Cyrix processors)
Recommended P4 2.0ghz or higher.

64mb Ram.

Recommended 512mb or higher.

800mb-1gb of FREE hard drive space (Distributed).

recommended 1gb-2gb or higher.

Video Card capable of 1024x768 (or wide screen equivalent)

Recommended 1280x1024 (or wide screen equivalent)

Windows 2000(No MAC or Linux)

Recommended Windows XP

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.

Is Ambiance capable of sending listings through Email?

A:	Ambiance can send emails directly through your email program. Please see our Email Faq for more info.

Can I use a digital camera or a flatbed scanner for my listing photo's?

A:	Yes. Simply save your photo in a jpg file format with the listing number as the file name followed by the priority number. (IE..4582351.jpg for the primary photo, 4582352.jpg for the secondary photo.

Now that I have the jpg how do I submit it?

A:	Please refer to our Photo Departments FAQ for submitting photo's.

Can I run Ambiance on a laptop?

A:	Yes, Ambiance is capable of running on most laptops that meet the minimum requirements.

What is MSDE?

A:	MSDE stands for Microsoft Data Engine which is the SQL server running in your system tray that handles all requests to the database.

What does SQL stand for?

A:	Structured Query Language..

Will Ambiance work with Top Producer or any other 3rd party software?

A:	Ambiance has built in exports for most major 3rd party realtor software to find out if your software is supported please contact Quest Technologies at 1-800-783-7937.

Can I create my own reports in Ambiance?

A:	Yes. Please see our Users Manual section off the main page of our web site for details on how to do this.
